A former faculty trainer left the classroom to make additional funds as a Walmart supervisor.

While the career path is nontraditional, Seth Goshorn said he built the swap for an initial pay boost of all-around $20,000 immediately after factoring in bonuses.

Goshorn, who applied to teach at an elementary faculty in Canton, Ohio, is now doing work as a "Walmart coach" on the management monitor. He claimed the transition from educating has been sleek.
