Talk show host Monthly bill Maher shared his ideas on President Joe Biden's speech from before in the 7 days in which the president condemned the MAGA movement.

"I got to say — Joe Biden is an previous pet dog that can understand a new trick," the host reported throughout his Tv set show Genuine Time on Friday.
