Three persons onboard a tiny plane in southern California died Sunday after the aircraft crashed into an airport hangar shortly soon after taking off, officers reported.

It was early early morning, at about 6:30 a.m., when the single-motor plane crashed, killing all people on board, the Federal Aviation Administration said, for each CBS News.

The San Bernardino County Hearth Security District posted on social media that it was responding to a professional structure fire at Cable Airport in Upland. Soon following, it wrote an update: "IC advising knock down on fire. A few occupants of plane situated deceased. Units committed to overhaul. Investigators enroute."

Firefighters from the division reportedly arrived to uncover the aircraft engulfed in flames. There was concern about the hangar and a gasoline truck close by catching hearth as properly, but firefighters swiftly put the flames out and ensured there was no a lot more danger. No injuries to the firefighters were being reported.

The two the FAA and Countrywide Transportation Security Board are investigating, the organizations explained. The Upland Police Section is also investigating.

Upland is a town about 35 miles east of Los Angeles.
