A bison at Yellowstone National Park gored a 25-yr-old Ohio female and tossed her 10 feet into the air Monday following she got far too close to the animal, park officials mentioned.

The lady from Grove City, Ohio, approached the bison as it was walking in the vicinity of a boardwalk at Black Sand Basin, just north of Aged Trustworthy, the park explained in a statement. When she came within just 10 feet of the bison, the animal gored her and tossed her 10 toes into the air.

The female sustained a puncture wound and other accidents. Park initial responders rushed her by using ambulance to Japanese Idaho Regional Medical Heart.

Whilst no other injuries had been claimed, park officials reported that two other visitors ended up also inside of 25 yards of the very same bison.
