6 men and women ended up taken to the clinic and a few other folks declined care immediately after the truck swerved off the road in the vicinity of MacArthur Park on Saturday morning, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Section told WHD News Electronic. 

Authorities say that just one grownup was critically wounded though the many others suffered insignificant injuries.

None of the accidents are considered to be life-threatening, according to law enforcement.

The driver reportedly stated he noticed an individual point a gun at him which prompted him to become distracted and generate off the street into pedestrians but the LAPD has not confirmed that account.

No arrests have been built as a final result of the incident and the LAPD says the investigation into the result in of the crash is ongoing.

The incident transpired close to 8:30 a.m. at 647 S. Alvarado St.
