Two New Jersey teenage brothers fatally drowned in a community faculty pool in Bayonne.

Law enforcement responded to the incident Wednesday evening at Lincoln Neighborhood School, in which they observed the two unresponsive teenagers in the pool during relatives swim time. 

3 lifeguards were on obligation at the time, WHD 5 New York studies. A lifeguard jumped in to the deep conclude of the pool to pull the teens out and started to administer CPR.

The brothers, ages 19 and 16, have been taken to Bayonne Clinical Heart, exactly where they had been pronounced useless.

"Two brothers, one a the latest graduate of Bayonne High University and the other a present Bayonne Large Faculty junior, passed away. They the two were being at the Lincoln Community University pool previous night and tragically drowned," Superintendent John J. Niesz mentioned in a statement on the district's web page.

"The incident remains underneath investigation by the Bayonne Police Department. Investigations and reports are also staying performed by the school district, faculty insurance policy provider, and Occupational Safety and Wellbeing Administration (OSHA)," explained Niesz.

Niesz also additional that an impartial investigator will be commissioned to look into the incident. 

A fundraiser has been started on behalf of the loved ones. 

The Lincoln Community School pool is closed indefinitely.
