An Ohio father was caught on online video attacking the man who is accused of killing his girlfriend and 3-calendar year-previous son. 

In surveillance video footage from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Workplace, the person determined by WCPO as Antonio "Tonio" Hughes, is viewed sitting down in the back again of the righthand aspect of the courtroom. 

The father will get up and rushes towards 22-12 months-outdated Desean Brown, swinging at the side of his head. 

Hughes is then tackled to the floor by regulation enforcement ahead of he gets up again and struggles to achieve Brown.

Deputies carry him to the ground and Brown is led out of the courthouse. 

Shortly right after, Hughes is escorted out. 

FOX 19 noted that Hughes was charged with contempt of court docket adhering to the altercation, and that he has been ordered to serve a week in the Hamilton County Justice Center.

Brown is experiencing rates for the dying of Nylo Lattimore and his mom, 29-yr-old Nyteisha Lattimore, in December 2020. 

"Choose Megan Shanahan and the Hamilton Sheriff’s Place of work would like to emphasize that this conduct will not be tolerated in the courthouse," Kyla Woods, a spokesperson with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Workplace, reportedly told FOX 19.

Brown was charged with obtaining killed Nyteisha Lattimore on or about Dec. 5, 2022, in her apartment in the Walnut Hills community of Cincinnati. 

Her system was located about a 7 days afterwards near a bridge in downtown Cincinnati. The county coroner reported she died of stab wounds.

Brown – who pleaded not guilty previously to fees in the circumstance – would deal with the dying penalty, if located guilty.
