South Carolina authorities have arrested Courtney Danielle Taylor immediately after she allegedly still left her a few small children stranded on a lake island Monday while her boyfriend stays required.

Taylor is experiencing three counts of unlawful neglect of youngster and is getting held on $15,000 bond, in accordance to Anderson County information. 

Her boyfriend, Eric Michael Elrod, "stays at-large and wished," the Anderson County Sheriff's Business office reported in a Tuesday push release.

Sheriff's deputies on Monday responded to Lake Hartwell after a passing boater spotted 3 small children — ages 12, 13 and 15 — stranded on the island.

The kids told authorities that they experienced been tenting on the island Sunday evening with Taylor, their mother, and Elrod. The pair left the up coming morning. 

Taylor allegedly advised her young children she was going to get water but under no circumstances returned, authorities claimed in the push launch.

Authorities entered both equally Taylor and Elrod into the Countrywide Crime Data Heart databases as lacking people.

Elrod is also preferred by the Pinkens County Sheriff's Workplace for bench warrants associated to an ongoing meth distribution cost, between other charges.
