Nicholas Roske, who authorities say plotted to destroy Supreme Courtroom Justice Brett Kavanaugh, texted his sister just before abandoning his plans and contacting 911, police claimed.

Roske was carrying a gun, ammunition, a knife, pepper spray, a screwdriver, zip ties, and other equipment when he was arrested by Montgomery County Law enforcement Section officers Wednesday early morning around Kavanaugh’s Maryland home, according to a felony complaint. 

"The suspect arrived by taxi and observed the U.S. marshals, and he turned about to ponder his subsequent go," Montgomery County Law enforcement Chief Marcus Jones reported in a assertion to the Washington Put up.
