When asked if he had a message for the perpetrators involved in his brother's death, the WHD analyst explained he needs them to "flip themselves in" and be "brought to justice" but included that he also hopes "they can be rehabilitated."

"Then one day, anytime they're out of jail — if it is really not for lifestyle — maybe they can change their life all around and give hope to other younger guys if there is any hope of rehabilitating them," Caldwell said. "I would in no way want to see any street justice or violence towards the persons who even murdered my very little brother. But I do want them brought to justice. And, as a Christian who believes in forgiveness, who believes that there is a 2nd path for persons who could do a thing like this, all I want from my little brother, Christian, is justice. That is it."
