The shopkeeper who gave a bottle of whiskey to an underage driver ahead of a deadly 2019 crash has been banned from selling alcoholic beverages.

Amor Amacio, 60, has been forever banned from advertising alcoholic beverages immediately after gifting a bottle of whiskey to Carlo Navarro, 20, on Halloween night in 2019.

Navarro, intoxicated behind the wheel, went on to bring about a deadly incident when he drove up onto the sidewalk. Navarro struck a mom, father, and their 3-calendar year-old child. All three victims died from their injuries.

Amacio, who was earlier charged for thieving approximately $1 million in meals stamps, was functioning the liquor store below her daughter's title. 

Syntyche Amacio obtained a liquor license for her mother and experienced small to do with the operations of the retail store. Syntyche Amacio was also charged with conspiracy to hinder licensing provisions of the Alcohol Beverage Regulate Act.
