Graphic footage of a sure Ukrainian prisoner getting mutilated by a team of Russian soldiers has sparked outrage after a video circulated on social media late Thursday evening.
WHD News has not independently verified the authenticity of the online video.
In accordance to Ukrainian member of Parliament Inna Sovsun, who posted the footage right before her account was suspended, reported the video depicted a "Russian soldier from Chechen battalion Ahmat slash[ting] off the genitals of Ukrainian POW."
