A New York Town girl who filed a $10 million civil lawsuit towards users of a Mafia structured criminal offense family who escaped lifetime sentences in relationship to her son’s vicious murder decades back has reportedly died in a Brooklyn car crash. 

Rose Gargano, 70, of Brooklyn, was driving south on Third Ave. at about 3:42 p.m. on Friday when she lost management of the wheel.
