Authorities on Sunday continued searching for an Arizona lady who went lacking after she was swept away by floodwaters in Utah's Zion National Park.

National Park Assistance officials claimed rangers and users of the Zion Search and Rescue Workforce were in the Virgin River area Sunday exploring for Jetal Agnihotri, 29, of Tucson.

They mentioned Agnihotri was amongst numerous hikers who have been swept off their toes Friday afternoon by rushing water in the Narrows in the vicinity of the Temple of Sinawava in Zion Countrywide Park, which is in southern Utah in the vicinity of the Arizona border.

All of the hikers except Agnihotri were being uncovered on significant floor and ended up stranded until water ranges receded.

In the meantime, officers at Carlsbad Caverns Nationwide Park in New Mexico claimed about 150 tourists were being evacuated late Saturday night time after staying stranded by climbing water.
