Unique: President Biden on Monday commemorated the 87th anniversary of the Social Security Act becoming legislation by touting Democrat ideas to protect, broaden and produce "stronger" rewards to recipients, when warning that a Republican-controlled Congress could put the system "on the chopping block." 

In a video clip exclusively obtained by WHD News Digital, Biden states "we really should rejoice" Social Security’s Birthday. The Social Stability Act was signed into legislation by then-President Franklin D. Roosevelt on Aug. 14, 1935.
