Atlanta Braves outfielder and designated hitter Marcell Ozuna was arrested for driving beneath the affect and failure to preserve lane charges early Friday morning, in accordance to CBS 46 News in Atlanta. 

Ozuna was booked into the Gwinnett County jail at 4:39 a.m. Friday, according to the report. Ozuna was produced on a $1,830 bond Friday morning, for each ESPN.

In Might 2021, Ozuna was arrested on charges of battery and aggravated assault by strangulation immediately after law enforcement officers explained they noticed him choking his spouse. People expenses have been later minimized to misdemeanor family violence.

Ozuna was put on administrative go away by Key League Baseball and later on was retroactively suspended 20 games in November for violating baseball’s domestic violence plan.

He returned to the Braves in March and has appeared in 107 games throughout the 2022 time, hitting .214 with 46 RBI’s and 20 house runs.

"I learned almost everything," Ozuna mentioned of counseling. "I figured out how you deal with a man or woman, how you be a much better particular person, how you be the best daddy, how you be a human getting. You learn almost everything from that."

Ozuna is in the next 12 months of a 4-12 months, $65 million deal with the Braves.
