Ohio Democratic Rep. Marcy Kaptur is getting a tricky line in opposition to the president in the final months just before the midterm elections, releasing an advert in which she talks about "preventing back" versus the administration and stating that she "will not operate for Joe Biden."

Kaptur's new ad, introduced Friday, reveals the congresswoman is taking a new stance on Biden, amid his sunken countrywide approval ratings. The narrated ad claims, "Joe Biden is allowing Ohio photo voltaic makers be undercut by China, but Marcy Kaptur is preventing back again," and that Kaptur is not performing for Biden, but is "functioning with Republican Rob Portman, shielding our jobs."

Her attack on Biden comes weeks soon after she welcomed him on a pay a visit to to Ohio in early July, in the course of which she praised him for an initiative meant to shield pensions in the state as section of the president's American Rescue Program.
