Former NFL running back Frank Gore allegedly grabbed a naked female by her hair and dragged her across the hallway of an Atlantic Metropolis lodge, in accordance to a report.

The altercation took spot on July 31, which led to Gore remaining billed with basic assault. The incident happened on the 59th flooring of the Havana Tower of Tropicana Atlantic Town.

"Officers arrived to uncover the sufferer, a 28-yr-aged girl from Miami, Florida, speaking with hotel safety," Atlantic Metropolis police reported in a news launch. "The victim did not exhibit signals of harm and problems were not submitted at the time. Nevertheless, an ensuing investigation resulted in Franklin Gore remaining billed with basic assault connected to the domestic violence incident."

Gore allegedly "forcibly" grabbed the female and "violently" dragged her, TMZ Sports claimed, citing law enforcement documents. He was not originally arrested, but police claimed the costs arrived several days later on soon after further more investigation into the incident.

Gore, 39, is anticipated to be in court in mid-Oct. He has not commented on the allegations.
