The incident, caught on a Pinellas County deputy's human body cam video clip —which was lately produced — occurred soon before 10:30 p.m. in April.

An arrest report states 38-yr-aged Amy Harrington of Madeira Seashore broke into "ballet" and "Irish folks dance moves" in the course of the wander and convert and a single leg stand portions of a subject sobriety examination.    

She was pulled about by deputies for allegedly rear-ending a vehicle on Gulf Boulevard, and showed "several indications of impairment" the moment deputies built contact with her.

Harrington reportedly had slurred speech, glassy eyes and was unsteady on her feet. The deputy smelled liquor on Harrington, who refused to provide a breath examination.

When questioned if she recognized the directions, Harrington said "of course" but also that she assumed they were "absurd."

The video reveals Harrington start offing the exam, but breaking into jig when she actions off the line. 

"When the deputy requested Harrington again to stroll alongside the yellow line, she claimed, ‘Oh my God! You seem like my [expletive] ballet mentor,' in advance of breaking into a different dance," FOX 13 Tampa studies. 

After nearly 8 minutes of refusing to comply with instructions and dancing alternatively, Harrington was arrested.

Deputies discovered a white foam cup with a gentle yellow liquid and orange that smelled of alcoholic beverages in the centre cup holder of her car. Screening verified it was alcohol.

Harrington was billed with DUI with property injury and refusal to post to testing. She was earlier arrested in March 2019 in Pinellas County for refusing a breath liquor test.
