The Florida prosecutor who was suspended by Republican Governor Ron DeSantis for his refusal to demand health professionals or abortion individuals for illegally terminating pregnancies is vowing to put up a "vigorous defense" lawfully.

DeSantis suspended Andrew Warren, a Democrat state legal professional, on Aug. 4 for the duration of a news conference exactly where he stated that the prosecutor didn't enforce duly-passed rules that crack down on child sex transform surgical procedures and certain abortion procedures.
