An 18-year-old suspected drug vendor in Florida was arrested soon after inquiring a county commissioner if he desired to get cocaine in a "random textual content information," authorities explained Monday.

Jack Edward Fisher was arrested following an undercover purchase-bust procedure in Palm Coastline, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Business said.
