A Ga Point out College Campus Law enforcement officer was arrested and charged with rape and kidnapping soon after a female claimed the alleged incident.

Terry Payne, 59, is charged with rape, kidnapping, bogus imprisonment and violation of oath of office environment. He turned himself in at the Gwinnett County Detention Centre soon after studying of the costs.

Law enforcement reported the sufferer and Payne satisfied many months back and agreed to go out on a date on Aug. 5. The woman said she remembered conference him at a restaurant in Buford for drinks but has no memory of what happened in between then and when she woke up to the attack.

"When they had been at the restaurant, she recalled drinking 1 alcoholic beverage and then experienced no additional memories until waking up when the rape was having position," Gwinnett County Law enforcement Department spokesperson Sgt. Jennifer Richter advised FOX 5 Atlanta. 

The lady had claimed the assault at a healthcare facility the day just after the date.
