The grandfather of a five-calendar year-old girl punched his daughter's fiancé right after identifying him molesting the little one, in accordance to law enforcement in Middletown, Pennsylvania.

The grandfather walked earlier his granddaughter's bed room on Aug. 24 and noticed her sitting on the lap of Aaron Cunagin, 22, which he believed "was strange," though in the beginning wondering practically nothing additional of it, court documents reported.

When he found the girl's bed room remained "as well peaceful," he returned to investigate and found out Cunagin in the corner of the space involving the bed and the crib, exposing himself to the 5-calendar year-old woman, who also had her pants down, the paperwork even further explained.

The grandfather then intervened, punching his daughter's fiancé in advance of yelling and calling the Middletown Borough Law enforcement Section, who arrived soon afterward and arrested Cunagin.

The incident woke up a girl in the apartment, who explained that Cunagin told her he had "blacked out" throughout the incident and was sorry, according to the affidavit.

He at first reportedly informed police that his trousers had fallen accidentally when he stood up, but later admitted that he pulled them down when he felt "numb" following the lady pulled hers down.

"It was just going through my head if ought to really do it or not," he said to authorities, in accordance to the affidavit, which also famous that the girl claimed very similar incidents occurred 5 occasions before, which Cunagin denied.

Cunagin was charged with rape of a baby, indecent assault, unlawful make contact with with a minor, corruption of minors and indecent publicity, in accordance to an Aug. 25 news release from the law enforcement.

Cunagin was arraigned on Aug. 24 and sent to the Dauphin County Correctional Middle when he was unable to write-up $150,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 7.
