A retired Los Angeles fire captain recounted the harrowing working experience of photographing the website of Kobe Bryant's deadly helicopter crash in court docket Monday – although dodging accusations that he shared the photographs with other folks.

The ex-fire captain also remaining the courtroom a number of times all through Monday's hearing when he was asked certain issues about the day.

"I’m listed here because of wrong allegations, so make sure you refrain from [taking] my mind back again to that crash," the ex-hearth captain reportedly claimed.

The trial will proceed in excess of the future few times. Bryant's legal group will call all over 30 witnesses to testify.

Lakers star Bryant, his daughter Gianna, 13, and seven other people today together with the pilot died in the fiery Calabasas crash in January 2020.
