Indiana authorities say they have busted an illegal dumper immediately after getting a receipt in a pile of rubbish that was still left along railroad tracks.

The Indiana Division of Environmental Administration claims on its web page that "discarding trash or unwanted products everywhere apart from recycling centers or point out permitted landfills or processing facilities, such as transfer stations and incinerators, is deemed open up dumping and is unlawful."
