An Oklahoma gentleman pleaded guilty on Wednesday to stalking and threatening a U.S. Agent from his state.

Keith Eisenberger, 39, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, pleaded responsible to cyberstalking and threatening to kidnap and assault Rep. Kevin Hern, R-Okla., and threatening to kidnap and assault his spouse, the Justice Section reported.

"The U.S. Attorney’s Workplace and our regulation enforcement associates will not tolerate on the web threats of violence meant to intimidate elected officials or associates of our community. Keith Eisenberger now understands there are lawful repercussions to committing these criminal acts," U.S. Lawyer Clint Johnson stated in a press launch on Wednesday.

Hern represents Oklahoma’s to start with congressional district.

In a statement, FBI Oklahoma City Specific Agent in Demand Edward J. Grey clarified that the First Modification does not guard folks who threaten violence.
