Citizens in a Portland neighborhood are resorting to selling their households and relocating thanks to homeless encampments right outside their entrance doorways.  

"It’s a minimal scary because I know there is mental ailment and that issues me," one particular North Portland resident Maria Inocencio instructed KGW8.

A 30-12 months resident of North Portland, Greg Dilkes, explained "it is the 1st time in a very long time" that he has very seriously deemed relocating.

Individuals dwelling in the homeless camps, having said that, say residents really should have nothing to fear. 

"We are the most harmless men and women you are going to ever meet," TT Sanchez, who life in just one of the camps along the Peninsula Crossing Trail, explained to KGW8. "They should not be terrified of us for what? For the reason that we are living outside the house?
