Beachgoers in Florida spotted sharks swimming in shallow waters close to shore in excess of the weekend as shark sightings continue up and down the East Coastline this summer months.

The online video was shared on the web by Kara Skonieczny, who claimed she recorded the "excitement" of sharks feeding on baitfish Saturday afternoon at Neptune Seaside in Jacksonville.

As at the very least two sharks are witnessed splashing in the waves near to shore, a person off camera can be heard yelling, "Get out of the h2o!" It was unclear what type of shark is seen in the movie.

The sighting came on the same day that a swimmer reportedly experienced a shark chunk at yet another beach in Jacksonville.

Witnesses told WJXT-Television set that there was a lot of blood in the waters off Jacksonville Beach front and observed a 6- to 7-foot shadow swimming nearby. Whilst lifeguards explained it could have been a shark, officers could not right away validate a shark was what injured the person mainly because they did not see any sharks in the water.

Recurrent shark sightings alongside the East Coast this summer time have shut some beaches.

Experts say cleaner oceans, hotter waters and a resurgence of the bunker fish that sharks feed on are among the explanations for the growing shark inhabitants.

On the other hand, they say the chance of shark attacks continues to be incredibly reduced.
