A transgender girl was turned down by all College of Alabama sororities through their university student recruitment method, in accordance to social media posts from the college student.

Grant Sikes, a biological male, wrote on Instagram that he was denied entry to all of the sororities on campus. There are nearly 20 campus chapters.

Sikes is not the first transgender university student to be turned down from Greek Everyday living. Adam Davies was rejected from all 12 sororities at Northwestern College, according to the New York Post.
