A non-public housing co-op just off the College of California, Berkeley campus has banned White site visitors in typical locations or with out consent from other tenants.

The "Man or woman of Coloration Topic Household" is a housing co-op located in the vicinity of UC Berkeley that "aims to deliver housing to very low-cash flow, first generation, immigrant and marginalized pupils of coloration," in accordance to its web-site. 

It is a private venture and is not affiliated with the university.

In a leaked image of "home procedures" for the co-op, tenants are instructed not to deliver White company to the house without the need of permission and to keep White visitors from common parts.

"Lots of POC users moved in this article to be equipped to keep away from white violence and existence, so respect their decision of avoidance if you carry white friends," the leaked home procedures checklist states.

White people today are not entirely banned from the house's premises, but people wishing to provide White company into the building will have to warn other tenants.

"Normally announce attendees in the Guest Chat if they will be in common spaces with you and if they are white," one particular rule states.
