An Ohio teenager father has been billed with murder after law enforcement say he deliberately still left his 1-calendar year-old son in a automobile where temperatures exceeded 130 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Landon Parrot, 19, has been charged with murder, two counts of endangering small children and involuntary manslaughter and is now held at Tuscarawas County Jail, New Philadelphia Law enforcement Main Michael Goodwin claimed in a assertion on Fb on Friday. 

At 2 p.m. on Thursday, New Philadelphia law enforcement had been notified Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital that a 1-year-outdated baby was introduced into the unexpected emergency area by his father and was unresponsive. 

During the initial investigation, detectives identified "inconsistent info being supplied by the father," Goodwin stated. As the investigation ongoing and proof was collected, the father was confronted with the new details and confessed to detectives what had transpired to his son.

Surveillance online video recorded throughout the road from the parents’ apartment showed Parrot with the child about 8:30 a.m., and he does not return till about 1:50 p.m. when he arrives again to the car or truck to decide up his wife from function, FOX 8 Cleveland noted.

"We estimate that would’ve produced the inside of the auto about 130 levels and this baby was in there strapped into a vehicle seat with no fluids, no air conditioning, absolutely nothing," New Philadelphia Law enforcement Det. Capt. Ty Norris informed the outlet. "Heartbreaking. It is heartbreaking to see this unfold before your eyes."

Norris explained that all through a police job interview, Parrot admitted to understanding the potential risks of leaving small children in hots vehicles from news studies but chose to do so anyway to avoid his son making a disturbance in the condominium.
