Steve Bannon is anticipated to flip himself in to New York authorities in Manhattan on Thursday to face a new indictment connected to his "We Create the Wall."

The Washington Post, citing nameless resources, documented that the condition felony scenario would resemble an previously attempted federal prosecution, in which Bannon was accused of duping donors who gave income to fund a wall on the U.S. southern border.

Bannon, a previous Trump senior adviser, was earlier federally indicted for fraud in the personal fundraising campaign.

Bannon was convicted of contempt of Congress previously this summer season for refusing a subpoena from the Jan. 6 committee. He is scheduled to be sentenced in Oct and faces a minimum of 30 days in jail.

The Manhattan District Attorney's Place of work did not promptly answer to WHD News Digital's request for remark.

Two other gentlemen involved in the "We Develop the Wall" task pleaded guilty in April. They had been scheduled to be sentenced this week, but that was a short while ago postponed to December. A third defendant’s demo ended in a mistrial in June immediately after jurors claimed they could not get to a unanimous verdict.
