Tampa Mayor Jane Castor answered a mobile phone connect with from President Biden on Tuesday throughout a push meeting about preparations for Hurricane Ian.

The Class 3 storm is expected to make landfall Wednesday evening. The National Hurricane Center reported Ian was growing stronger the in southeastern Gulf of Mexico.
