Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan argued Western nations around the world are contributing to Russia's aggression by applying "provocative" methods versus the routine Wednesday.
Erdogan voiced his opposition to European procedures during a press meeting in Belgrade along with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic. His feedback came as the European Union proposed programs to put a value cap on Russian oil imports, something Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed retaliation from.
Putin has mentioned that a value cap would be a crimson line for his nation, threatening to halt all imports of organic fuel and oil to Europe if it moves ahead.
"We will suggest a value cap on Russian gasoline ... We should minimize Russia's revenues which Putin makes use of to finance this atrocious war in Ukraine," European Fee President Ursula von der Leyen instructed reporters Wednesday.
