A reporter interrupted White Dwelling push secretary Karine Jean-Pierre at a Tuesday briefing, demanding an accounting for a kid's correct to existence when it comes to abortion.

Biden initial introduced ideas to codify Roe right after midterms in a speech in Washington on Tuesday.
