Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to President Zelensky, said around 40 missiles had been fired at Ukraine in the early hours, the Daily Mail reported.

Deputy head of the presidential office Kyrylo Tymoshenko said emergency power outages were being implemented due to “massive shelling of critical infrastructure.”
