Billy McFarland, the man who organized the failed Fyre Festival in 2017, announced on TikTok Tuesday that his next project is "crazier" and "bigger." The Fyre blunder inspired documentaries on both Hulu and Netflix in 2019.

"As you might know, I effed around, and because of that, I definitely found out. Because of that, I've had too much time to think about this. But I do feel that the moment is right to start making this up to everybody," McFarland says in the video, referring to his six-year prison sentence for pleading guilty to wire fraud as a result of his first event. "This time, it's a little crazier, but a whole lot bigger than anything I've ever tried before."

TikTok subsequently deleted his video, forcing the convict to upload the video a second time. The final shot used to include the phone number "973-381-8443" but has since been censored. According to TMZ, anyone who texted the number received a link to a contact page to "come on board" and a subsequent video in response. This video is unlisted on YouTube, meaning only those with the link can access it. There are just over 1,000 views on the YouTube video and 22 likes. On TikTok, McFarland has over 500 followers.

"Welcome to the Treasure Hunt," the text reads with the link. The clip, titled "RLTH Clue #1," includes shots of ocean life and a bottle at the bottom of the ocean. McFarland claimed in the video more information is to come in November.

"This time, everybody's invited," McFarland says in his post.
