The musician was the target of a complaint from model Ashley Smithline, who was seeing him in 2010. The Los Angeles court rejected her complaint.

The American courts have dismissed Ashley Smithline’s lawsuit against Marilyn Manson. The plaintiff failed to inform the court in a timely manner whether she had retained counsel or was representing herself in front of the judge on her own. His former advocate, Jail Ellwanger, abandoned the case.

The investigation was concluded “harmlessly.” The judge therefore gives the model Ashley Smithline the option of bringing a fresh claim against the musician. She filed a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson in 2021 when they were dating. She specifically accuses him of having experienced abuse and sexual assault.

Ashley Smithline is not the only person to criticize Marilyn Manson’s improper actions. Four of the fifteen women who have publicly accused the rock star have also filed complaints. The allegations against one of them were withdrawn at the end of 2021 because of a prescription.

Consequently, the vocalist will have one less trial. But he does have something on his legal agenda. Esmé Bianco, an actress, has continued to file a complaint alleging sexual assault and violence. similar to that of Marilyn Manson’s former aide Ashley Walters.

All of these charges are refuted by the artist. In a slander case, he sued Evan Rachel Wood. In her documentary Phoenix Rising, the actress, who dated the singer from 2006 until 2010, accused him of rape.
