Khet Kumar, who suffered accidents on his hand, mentioned the college guards thrashed them once they held an indication exterior the Vice-Chancellor workplace to protest the remedy meted out by IJT members.

When contacted by PTI, IJT (Punjab College) spokesperson Ibrahim Shahid denied the involvement of its college students within the incident.

Punjab College spokesman Khurram Shahzad advised PTI that the varsity administration had not given permission to the maintain Holi celebrations on the lawns of the legislation faculty.

Shahzad added the V-C has ordered inquiry into the matter.
