The suspect was shot and killed by law enforcement about 7:30 p.m. PT, FOX 40 reported. She stabbed the officer after law enforcement tried using to individual her from an alleged target, police mentioned.  

Officers had responded to Plaza Avenue and Del Paso Boulevard in Old North Sacramento just after a woman claimed she experienced been assaulted by the suspect.

The officer has "major" but non-existence-threatening injuries, KCRA claimed.
